Counselling Services
During our initial session I will listen to you with absolute positive regard, I will formulate a treatment plan for you to consider the most appropriate direction for you.
Each of us is different and a combination of modalities may be suitable. These may include PCT (person centered therapy), mindfulness, meditation, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), SFBT (Solution focused Brief Therapy), Narrative Therapy to name a few. We will work together to make sure you continue to move forward.
